Shipping Options & Delivery Times (United States)

We currently ship only within the United States.

  • Standard Shipping:
    Estimated Delivery: 5-10 business days
    Cost: Calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Expedited Shipping:
    Estimated Delivery: 2-4 business days
    Cost: Calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and destination. Available for select items.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or carrier delays. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are dynamically calculated at checkout. Factors influencing the cost include:

  • The total weight and dimensions of your order.
  • Your shipping address within the US.
  • The selected shipping method (Standard or Expedited).

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can use this number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package directly on the carrier's website.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@noblarre.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your products.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Noblarre purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return policy.

  • Eligibility: You may return most new, unused, and undamaged lighting fixtures within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized orders, clearance items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
  • Return Process:
    1. Contact our customer support team at support@noblarre.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
    2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
    3. Securely package the item in its original packaging. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
    4. Ship the item to the return address provided below. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. A restocking fee may apply to certain returns.
