Returns & Refunds Policy for Noblarre
At Noblarre, we want you to be completely satisfied with your lighting fixture purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return policy.
Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It must also include all original parts and accessories.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom or personalized orders, and gift cards. We also do not accept returns on items that have been installed, modified, or show signs of wear and tear.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@noblarre.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Noblarre is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@noblarre.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective lighting fixture, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet shipped. Please contact us immediately at support@noblarre.com to request a cancellation.
