We primarily use reputable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS for all our shipments within the United States. The specific carrier used for your order will depend on the size, weight, and destination of your lighting fixture(s) to ensure the most reliable and cost-effective delivery.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly at support@noblarre.com before placing an order.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after your purchase is confirmed. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Estimated Shipping Times
Once processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days (available for select items and at an additional cost)

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the contiguous United States. This threshold applies to the subtotal of your order after any discounts and before taxes.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery directly on the carrier's website.
International Shipping
For customers outside the United States, please contact us at support@noblarre.com for a custom shipping quote before placing your order. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Noblarre is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. Noblarre is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping fees.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your lighting fixture arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and arranging for a replacement or refund. If your shipment appears to be lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
